This is a brand new w. tags very pretty black summer dress/top.. whichever way you prefer to wear it. I bought this last week at Forever 21 for $18.80 to wear for a nite out but ended up finding something just like it but in a brown to match the jewelery I wanted to wear. It says a size M but the way its made it could fit a L or XL- thats what size I wear. It looks great on. The top is black lace with sequins, shows off just enough but what I really love is how it has the seperated fabric in the front and back so it balloons out and hides your tummy(See Pic) and any fat around your waist or back.
