I had a Hallow Wedding this weekend that I bought this for. I bought it brand new and wore for 5 hours. I comes with the wig cap also. I no longer have any use for the item, and hoping someone can use it. I will ship it Priority Mail at the end of the auction so it should get to you in plenty of time for your Halloween celebrations

Sort of, you can use a brush on it, and it does not feel like plastic.

It is not one of the cheap ones, I paid almost $20.00 for it and also the shipping.

It is definitely much better than the dollar store that's the best I could tell you. It is really long like the photo on the box, came close to my waist.
