Sorry - i iknow its confusing - all states Except hawaii and alaska. Unless you want to pay shipping *i think its more expensive if you ship to those states*

It's the same rate to Hawaii and Alaska. Also "listia" will pull your auction, because with "free shipping" you cannot add conditions.

Yup, that's indeed the case. As long as you're shipping by USPS, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories will cost just as much as mailing it to your neighbor, lol. I edited your description to remove the condition.
