It is a very light scent. I have smelled it in the indian stores but very light. It can be hard to smell it when burning. The closest I can tell you is, it the smell of India. The smell that is in the import stores. But hardly noticable. It reminds me of the temples, the smell of the meditation rooms.
Wow hope that helps.. If strong incense bothers you then this is the one for you.
