This has some wear and tear on it but still works perfectly fine. The...paddles? are wide, not the normal narrow ones.

Pic of plates posted. Like i said wear and tear but no damage that would change the effectiveness of the unit.

Everything I find online does not tell you the temperature! lol I've never seen one not be specific, it just says it goes up to dial 25. Lol.

I'm sorry. I wish I could be of more help. I don't know much about flat irons. I don't even wear makeup...like ever. I know it straightened my hair. lol That's about it.
