Antique Victorian “Trunk Lotto ” McLoughlin Brothers Steamer Trunk with Glass Markers

Although there is no marking as to the manufacturer, I believe it to be McLoughlin Brothers from the research I have done.

This game in in almost pristine condition- looking as if it was not used

Trunk is solid

Wood numbers are clean

Directions on lid

Separate box for the glass markers

A rare find for the collector and beyond

In pencil as you might be able to see is written "Merry Xmas" and at the bottom "from Olivia"

Lotto is a precursor to Bingo. The McLoughlin Bros. introduced their Lotto game ~1880 and manufactured it until 1920, when they were bought by Milton Bradley. This edition dates to ca. 1890-1910 from what I can ascertain
