real meaning ? as says in the description " not legal tender " that means you can't spend it , it's not money , i wish it was it is a 1 million dollar bill ! lol,, it is for collecting only ( has a collectible serial number ),,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, i have an old collectible bill i keep in my wallet with all my other bills ,it looks cool is all I AND i fool my friends with it Lol , Had i taken care of it it'd be worth something today but i was a kid when i was given it , i got a lot of fun out of it thou and that's he value it had to me , Regardless if winner puts it in their wallet bare OR Keeps it in protective sleeve to preserve it getting it here is basically FREE So you got nothing to loose and a Great Conversation piece to gain at the very least =) ,,,,,,,, ----------- Thanks stopping by AND Bidding if you choose to (*_*) --------
