The sparkles are red, white and blue. So patriotic!

The length is 33 inches, brand new, never worn except for these pictures. Will be washed before shipping.

Please bid appropriately, as this is made with very heavy fabric, it will cost probably more on my end to ship than what I will be getting, but I'd like for this cute thing to find a more useful home! :c

Oh, sorry! There's no tag on this skirt so I wasn't sure... The elastic when not stretched is about 13 inches. my waist is 28in. and it fits me pretty okay.
