If the bidding is below 5000 you get a choice of 1.
If the bidding is 5000 - 9999, you get a choice of 2.
If the bidding is 10,000 - 14,999, you get a choice of 3.
If the bidding is 15,000 - 19,999 you get a choice of 4.
If the bidding is 20,000 - 24,999, you get a choice of 5.
If the bidding goes above 25,000, you get all 6.

You'll notice that the GIN is lower than the max needed to get all 6. So if you want all 6, it's best to take the GIN!

GIN gets all 6.
