got it at tag sale,nice very old lady told me her hubby brought it home from france where he was stationed in the 1940s
she keep on about how tight the weave was she said "that a sign of quality"
no markings at all

good, it is a stitch that is so small it's referred to as a blind stitch cause it's hard to tell that it is a stitch. these are most often Japanese in origin
