Questions & Comments
wat if its over a certain amount of credits?? how bout 500? or somethin?
is this in good working condition? does it hold a charge? and come with everything needed to use it? any water damage or other damage? thanks...my neighbor needs a tmobile phone so trying to help him out......oh also is this android/touch screen?...lol...sorry for so many questions
it requires a sim card with t mobile. i never unlocked it because i never had an at&t sim card. There are tons of usefull tutorials online on how to go about unlocking it.
I can unlock it for a small fee if anyone needs that service. I can also reroot it and put a different newer custom rom on it, and enable wifi tethering/mobile hotspot, which Tmobile charges $15 a month for. I also have over 1,000 apps and games and I will include your choice of any 20 apps/games. I can do all this over Team Viewer PC to PC, it will take me less then an hour. I only charge a very small fee to cover my time, payable through Paypal. Usually I would only charge about $10-$20. Send me a private message if the winning buyer is interested, or if you want this done on any of your current phones. I also do flashing, if you want to put your cdma phone on a different carrier, or if you need an unlock code for your GSM phone. PS- I love the girl above asking if this is an android phone, lol. Maybe she missed the part that says "eclair installed".
I was actually helping you, as thats a service that almost everyone wants, and it would have only boosted your price if buyers knew they could have that done for almost nothing. But sure, no problem. Take care and good luck.
And just for clarification, I will most likely do it for FREE. I would only charge someone a small fee if I thought it was going to take me a long time. If its something I can do in 15 minutes like I usually can, its free of charge. And when i say free, I mean really free, not "Listia free".
For rooting and installing free apps/games, and enabling your mobile hotspot/wifi tethering no. For me to unlock your phone, possibly. If I can unlock it from my house by doing a pc to pc connection, then no. If I had to just supply you with a code that you have to enter, which is called a Sim Card lock, then yes, you would need a different companies' sim card to install, at which point it will ask you for an unlock code, then you type it in. Just a word though to everyone, AT&T, Verizon, and TMobile routinely give their members unlock codes for free. Verizon, requires that you have been a member and have your account in good standing for 60 days or longer, and they will give you an unlock code. Usually the reason is for when you travel outside of the US and want to use a local carriers sim and not pay high roaming charges. AT&T has a similar policy. And TMobile is the most liberal out of them all, they give out sim unlock codes all the time, very easily, however the request goes to a Unlock Team Department, who reviews it, and generates the code and emails it to you. They ask for 24 hours for this service, which is free as long as your a member. Just tell them you might be traveling outside of the U.S. soon, and want to use a local carriers sim to save some money. Or you can get an unlock code yourself, they're available all over the internet, some free, some charge. Good luck.
I have a brand new t-mobile activation kit up for auction if this will help anyone buy this phone from ya. It comes with the Sim card and 10 mins. You have the phone and I have the activation kit so maybe you will get higher bids if people know this. If I didnt already have a cell phone I would be bidding on it...lol
