This is a cost plus world market bag. It opens up pretty big. It's brand new and has never been used. There are spaces inside for carrying wine.

They're pretty much required in many stores in the Bay Area (Northern California.)

A lot of stores nowadays frown upon using paper bags and such, but they still stock them.
