The church in our tiny Vt. town was built in the very early 1800's, and by 1969-70 we we in serious need for a new church in our growing town. While rebuilding, the beautiful chandelier that hung inside fell to the ground.Many of the crystals were broken, but my dad took what was left (his dad was the minister and gave him permission) home...as he knew my mom would find decorating uses for the lovely crystals.
A tradition was born...they became "the Christmas crystals". This is the last one i have here...tho i'm hoping i may find more in storage. This one is for you!
