SitaMarie, I am sorry that you were unable to communicate answers to interested bidders in your auction because of real-life concerns. But it is in your best interest when experienced Listians alert you to the danger of not answering once an auction has been posted. Believe me, you will benefit in the end for responding to questions so that others will confidently release their credits to your auction because you appear more trustworthy. I have experienced more problems with new accounts that do not take the transaction seriously and never follow through. Credits are finally refunded by Listia but it does hold them up for a week or more unavailable to the bidder so I wanted to let you know that you will get a lot higher bids placed when you keep in touch with the questions being asked on your auction. Communications are the number one priority in success on Listia. Congratulations with your first auction and best of luck in your continued listings. Take care and I hope your child recovers quickly.

I see that you are logging in to your Listia account. That you neglect to answer a single inquiry is not a good sign. Communication offers peace of mind to bidders so you are hurting your chances by refusing to offer any kind of answers to questions. In my experience when this happens the item is seldomly sent to the winner in the end. too bad ;(

Sometimes Marlie it's also better not to say anything at all ,because you never know what may have happened to that person and in this case
her child was in the hospital . So because they don't answer you right away does not mean that they are untrustworth, and you should be ashamed of yourself posting that this person may or may not be trust worthy. .....NOW I will ask this mother how is your child doing? Not sure of what diamonds they are there are real true diamonds and the metal is sterling silver I just posted above and will be more then happy to post the rest of the info as soon as I get home and look it up its stamped as I said above with real diamonds not sure the what kind but they are a 100% real diamonds yes I will post more pics as soon as I arrive home thank you
