This is a very festive handmade flower made by your truly :-)
It is mounted on a very strong hair elastic, I love making these for my 3 daughters, hope someone else will enjoy them to.

I make these in many colors including school colors, message me if you need them in a certain color. I also made these a party favors for my 3 year old's birthday, they loved them.
