This is a gently used, beautiful edition of From a Buick 8 by Stephen King. For those of you not familiar with this story, the synopsis follows.

Synopsis:

Shortly after his father, a Pennsylvania state trooper, is killed in a senseless automobile accident, Ned Wilcox discovers that the members of Troop D have a secret concealed behind their headquarters. Curtis Wilcox's friends and colleagues take turns relating the twenty-year history of the mysterious Buick Roadmaster locked in Shed B and how its discovery and unexplained behavior has captivated the tightly knit group of men for two decades. The Buick seems to be a conduit to another reality and every now and then it breathes, inhaling a little bit of this world, exhaling a little bit of whatever world it came from.


My books do come from a smoker's home, but they are stored in our bedroom where we do not smoke. Also, this is a cat friendly home, but my cats have never been a fan of Stephen King and have never read this book. :) I ship within 7 days of the end of auction. If you send me your shipping info the day of the auction, I try my best to ship the next day. I ship media mail with delivery confirmation. I send the delivery confirmation as soon as I ship so you can track your package. I also recycle packing. Packing is 1/3 of the cost of shipping, so if I can recycle a box or a bubble mailer, I will!
