These may be the cutest shoes I have ever bought. Unfortunately, my daughter had foot problems and had to wear special kinds of shoes :( These are never worn, size 5w, but they do NOT look like a true wide shoe. I think these Keds run narrow. Mine never worn inserts, but I always had to buy a supportive shoe, like a stride rite or something. The problem did eventually correct itself.
