I have an official license black US Army rescue knife it is half smooth half serrated textured blade with a dual blade seatbelt cutter and a glass breaker it is in great condition but as you can see in the last pic some of the texture material has been rubbed off the top in the last pic other than that this knife is in beautiful condition if you have any questions please feel free to ask I only ship within the United States and for free with tracking thank you for looking and happy bidding
