This is sold as is I saw another Listian sell the same exact tv and had the buyer complain about it not working and sent it back due to having poor reception in there area. So if you get poor reception in you're area please do not bid. I use it at work inside a school and depending on the area I can get great channels or a few at best. The power button is working but will stick from time to time and when stuck will still turn on and off you just have to push in a little more. Comes with the charger and will have to use it a lot due to it needing a new battery pack. If you have any questions please ask.
