Depicts a young Bosnian girl.
Newspaper Journal stamp.
The design were lithographed on thin white paper.
Issued imperforate, nonperforate

and they are quite a bit more expensive t
than the regular thin paper stamps.

After the end of World War I, these designs were re-issued both perforated and surcharged for use as regular postage stamps by the government of Yugoslavia.
This model has been re-used in Yugoslavia. Newspaper stamp originally issued for Austrian post in Bosnia-Herzegovina

Changed to / added the number '3', in bottom center right between the obliterated boxes.
MH mint hinge, but still has original sticky shiny gum. Nice find, great stamp for the winner!
