The listing, ipod touch has ended.

i have an ipod touch( 8 gig) up for grabs. there are a few things that are wrong with it . the screen is cracked and the unlock slide will not let it unlock. i contacted apple and they told me if i take it to an authorized dealer they would send it back to apple and send a replacement to me for $99. i have to birthdays next month and just cant afford to do that.if you have any questions please ask and i will get back to you as soon as possible thans and happy bidding

My husband called apple and they told him it retails for 249.99 when on sale. If everybody that is bidding, if the credits get over 20,000 we will pay the $99 and have the new one shipped to your house! You will just have to be patient because there is a possibility that it could take up to a month for ground shipping. So if this sounds good to you then plz bid bid bid

Alright. My husband just called apple and confirmed that it is a 2nd generation 8gig ipod touch. He got the information about getting this devise fixed. They told him $99to get a new devise shipped back to us in 3a business days. He also has the apple case number for this fix and it is "254419044". The phone number for apple is "1800myIphone" if anybody wants to confirm this. The devise serial #numbers is "8M93712875J" any other questions or concerns plz ask!

Sometimes it will unlock and work and sometimes it doesnt. Its a hit and miss. We were going to ship it off and get a new one but our kids birthdays are in 2the weeks and cant afford it. Especially with christmas around the corner. We are using these credits to help get them some christmas gifts.

The back isnt completely flate it has a roundness to it so id say its probably a 3 gen
