No charger, just a sync cable. I always charged it with my PC. Device will come fully charged...... [=

is it android tablet what kind of system like google play store?....thank you

This is a NOOK, so it has a version of Android that is licensed by Barnes&Noble, not Google. So the Google PLAY store will need to be downloaded and installed by the winner. There are also online tutorials to install Google Android alongside the B&N Android.

I am not sure of the exact costs due to the customs fees involved. But I was planning to deduct the amount that it would cost for me to ship within the US from the exact costs for any where else. I would estimate aboit $10-14.

You could use the included micro USB sync cable along with your PC's USB connection to charge the device or also in combination with any generic USB wall adapter to charge the device. An OEM charger can be found here:
