This auction is for information only - assuming I am not violating a Listia rule I may not be aware of. I will mail you information after you win on how to obtain random sample cookbooks. I am not sending you anything except a letter with the information. I found a source that sent me the 3 random cookbooks you see in the auction image. How many they send you may vary and I cannot be responsible for the quantity.

The 3 books I received contain 230 pages of actual recipes. Each book has supplements that cover pantry basics, herbs & spices definitions and use recommendations, information on baking breads & deserts, buying fruits and vegetables, napkin folding, measurements & substitutions, an equivalency chart, food quantities for large parties, quick fixes, counting calories and cooking terms. The 3-ring binder book I received also has 8 pages of helpful hints for appetizers & beverages, soups & salads, vegetables & side dishes, main dishes, breads & rolls, desserts, cookies & candy and this & that.
