It's 98% cotton and the 2% spandex is yes, very stretch!!!!!y

Thank you for the exact measurements for the length, could you please also include the 'width'? (From zipper all the way across) I want to see how skinny I need to be to squeeze into these!

Hi Hun... The top and bottom across both measured out to 36 inches, and I pulled it to stretch to a 42 if needed by anyone.... xoxoxo
