About 25 seeds from this years harvest. Get 'em quick as I usually sell out quickly this time of year.

For green chiles, grow normally, harvest when the soft just begins to give way & the fruit have a nice weight to them. For red chile, keep them on the plant for about another week or two & they'll turn a luscious red.
