Stunning channel-set sapphire and diamond ring, set in 10K gold (my photo of the mark stinks but it is very legible on the inside of the band). On both sides of the band are openwork "I Love You."

Size 7.5 (almost goes on my size 8 finger). TERRIFIC Mother's Day gift, or anytime gift for someone with a September birthday ... really gorgeous piece! This would cost at LEAST $300 in a jewelry or department store.

This is "real" jewelry ... just a super nice thing you'd pay a few hundred for in a department store. I bought one similar to this after my first child was born, and it cost $500 back in the early 1990s at Macy's -- it was probalby the most expensive piece of jewelry I've ever bought.

I can't wear it any more and have taken photos of it to put on Listia but still am not sure I can part with it ... I'm not sentimental about too many things, but that ring I may not be able to give up! But THIS one is nice too!
