Yes, it will have tracking. No manuel. Directions are on the back of package and on a paper inside of package. When I opened the package, the plastic that it came in split. It's not broken, that I know of. As I said in my description, I couldn't use it because it requires a 3 prong connection. I only have 2 prong on the connection to my computer, so it doesn't fit.
