The listing, Mini Hallmark ornament has ended.

2014 mini ornament by Don Palmiter, Hallmark Keepsake artist. This ornament complements Andy's Cars in the Nostalgic Houses and Shops Series. It is titled, Stylin' Station Wagon. I bet a few of us remember sliding in the back of one of these!!
Measures 2 inches x 3/4 x 1/2 inch
It has been used, the paper is there but would not be considered MIB---car is fine, box has a small tear in the upper left corner.
