Yes it will come with tracking. I dont have the instructions for it.

from what i have read about these they are tricky to get sync to your ps3 and TV without the instructions

U can find the instructions for the remote online, its simply to pair it to the PS3 alone, But if you want to use the remote for the TV itself as well you have to try a set of codes that come with the instructions for your brand TV, or if they by chance dnt wrk you can still find more on the sony site from what i have read.
