based on what my friends movie library is comprised of there is a 70% chance its from a bluray which means 30% possible its from DVD... i wish there was a way to tell but alas i remain in the dark- only you will know!

insert is smaller blu ray sized (as opposed to the larger DVD sized) but im not sure if thats overly relevant
