I was so worried when I got my seedlings, the envelope looked really rough and it had gotten delayed for a holiday weekend...but, they were packed so carefully that not even one was damaged. bid with confidence and cant wait for the chocolate.

what color fruit will the chocolate seeds produce?

The dragon fruit is the one in the pic. The chocolate give you yellow pods with brown seeds.

Is this a member of the cacti family? I have heard of dragon fruit before and am interested in getting some, but I have little kids and I don't need prickly things where they can reach. Lol
Oct 21st, 2011 at 12:04:49 PM PDT by
Original
it's a member of the cactus family but there are not spines everywhere only at the nodes. Usually each node will have 1 - 4 tiny needles.

also - do you have to prepare them any specialy way before you eat them? ( I don't know a thing about dragon fruit lol) or do you just peel them and chomp away?
Oct 21st, 2011 at 12:06:35 PM PDT by
Original
they peel away from the skin real easy and you can just eat them like that
