This would be a great gift for a child! its very kid friendly, and its not too sensitive towards gravity as other mp3 players if you understand what i mean (: MixMax MP3 player. Note, there are some minor scratches on it, and in the corner, the metallic is coming off but you honestly can't tell. With this you will need software. i dont have it but you can download it from disney.

this does need headphones, you know, to like plug in and listen to. etc.

no! there is no membership thing. the movies are put onto the device itself. but you use a SD card for extra memory. it's like a normal camera SD memory card. you just download or upload them like iTunes but on the Disney disc not iTunes itself.
