16" 5 stranded purple ribbon/cord necklace with 2" extender. The ribbon is made on sterling plated wire in the shape of a purple cancer ribbon which represents all those out there that are in remission or cancer survivors. Cancer is one of the most leading causes of death across the globe. It has almost become an epidemic. We acknowledge all who are ill, as well as the surviviors for their fight, courage and will, to overcome.
