44 is equivalent to a size 10.5 American size

Is this a size 9 or 10? I am confused. If it is a size 9 I can bid on them but if it is a size 10 they are too big.

I'll be honest, I'm not entirely sure, I've looked up "44" and got 9-10.5 for shoe size.
