The listing, Large red (ruby/garnet?) stone cross necklace has ended.

Unfortunately I don't know much about this. I won it as part of a stuffed purse auction but due to metal allergies I can't wear it. I figured it would be best to pass it on to other listians. I'll do my best to answer any questions but I do not know what the metal is or what the stones are.
