It was my mothers and I do believe they are genuine diamonds with 10k gold trim on the watch. Im sorry I dont know the size of the diamonds.

No sorry but my mom was going to pawn it when the battery died but never did. She found out a little bit bout it. The watch will work like new if you get a battery I can assure you.
