The symbol on the front is an eagle with wings spread. The back of both pins has G-23 marked on them. Thanks

Army Specialist 4th Class, or what is now called "Spec-4". This is the rank that replaced the "Corporal" rank.

The rank still is used and exists. You can be an E-4 Spec. or an E-4 Cpl. The difference is one is NCO the other is regular enlisted. It is the last used Spec rank in the Army. These are for dress uniform.
