Fairy Dust Studio is a non-profit agency... in that, I literally give my artwork away. Some people collect cars, currency, or stamps...I spend my hard earned cash on gemstones, crystal, and silver!

I've been designing quality gemstone artwork for years and enjoy my time with each piece I create. All pieces are made of quality gemstones and .925 Silver (Sterling, Bali, or Hill Tribe)~ or Tibetan Silver. Lampwork is purchased from my local "firesmith," or from my fellow hivers.

This piece just looks yummy! Every time I put it in my hands I run my thumbs along all the components. Adorned with 8mm Solid Pink Jade, Sterling Silver Spacers, Swarovski Crystals in Lilac. The large focal stone is Rose Quartz. Each end is finished with large Bali Silver Lamps. Bali Silver is anywhere between 95 and 97% pure silver...It is hand made by Silversmiths on the island of Bali.

All of the above is strung on Alloy anti-tarnish wire and then wire-wrapped. Finished with an Alloy Silver lobster clasp and a Swarovski Crystal Butterfly charm.

You have such a good sense of what colors mix well together. when I first started making jewelry, that was my biggest flaw or fear. Sometimes I still catch myself holding back but I try to have more of a "why not, just go for it" attitude now-and it seems to work out alright.

Well thank you! I'm slowly beginning to take risks with colors that wouldn't "normally" go together. It was a flaw I had in the beginning too...for a few years actually :p
