If someone has allergic reactions to some jewelry cuz it turns their skin green will this do the same?

it should not. it is nickel free and tarnish resistant. I have the gold one and it has never caused any reaction to me. my oldest daughter can only wear real gold but she wears this and it has never caused any reaction with her as well. I wear mine all the time if my daughter doesn't have it and it has never turned either of our necks green. This is a very expensive and high quality bronze metal made in italy. look at last pics for more info. Thank you :0 )
