The listing, 8 Gauge Bamboo Plugs has ended.

These plugs are about an 8 gauge (measurements are approximate but very close) and completely natural, hand cut bamboo with a hollow center. They are great for use with normal-sized earrings (usually around 18 or 20 gauge) so you can continue to enjoy your favorite earrings along with gauged ears.

Bamboo is never completely round since it's not processed through a machine. There will be small impurities, but if your ears are completely healed there will be no problems at all.
