Up for bid is a great project book, "Small Beads / Big Jewelry". Book is 144 pages, 9" x 9" in a soft cover format. Published at $21.99.
Professional jewelry designer Jean Power offers instructions for 30 funky, chunky pieces that will stand out in a crowd.
I purchased this book because I loved the rings on the back cover (second picture), and because there is a pirate brooch on the inside that I just love and will look great with jeans! But there are lots in the book that I would do IF I had the time and patience! I have had this book two years, and have not started a project. Need the room, so downsizing my project book collection!
Now, here's the thing: Book looks new, because I have only carefully looked through it. BUT I had some photos that had been glued to scrapbook pages, and I decided to soak them off so they could be framed.
Well, the soaking worked, but it made the photos not so flat any more. So I put the slightly damp photos between pages in this book to flatten them. Worked like a charm, BUT the pages in the book now have a slightly wavy appearance!
If you're buying it to use, no problem! If you're getting it for re-sale (and some of you have told me you do), I wanted you to be aware. It's not bad or objectionable to me, and hardly noticeable on most pages, but might discourage a sale.
Smoke-free home. I have a project on Mini Books running currently. If you think that might interest you, please stop by and check it out!
