very good question the pink is 10" stretches to 13" and very strong thick elastic and about 8 inches long! the black is 8" and stretches to 14" and about 13 inches long with thin elastic thats why it stretches so much more! Bonus for growing girls =}

Thanks. Yeah, I saw the measurements. I was thinking for my niece, who lives in a different state, so I am unable to measure her. And it's been a while since I've had a three year old, let alone a 3 year old girl (I have 2 boys ages 6 and 7).
I didn't know what age the tutus would fit, based on the measurements. :)

o well i know the black one will for sure and the pink mabye im pretty sure they will fit 3-6 yrs of age of course that is for an average girl not a thicker size =} !

it depends on how thick she is but you can allways use a baby safty pin to make smaller and change size as she grows! The size is in another comment! =}
