The listing, Schlampp Fur (Salesman Sample?) has ended.

I have this wonderful piece of history it is a Schlampp fur stole. I am thinking it was a salesman sample because of the size. It measures 14inches across I showed in one of the pic's. In my research on the company they were open from 1900's to the 1970's. I can't find any information out on this piece but as I said because of the size it it making me think it was a salesman sample. I don't know what kind of fur it is to me it does not feel like rabbit but I am not an expert in this. The lining does show some wear but over all it is a beautiful piece. The closer is still intake and in working order. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

This is actually a collar that is sold separately and all furs that were garment finished were sold with a label. I am not sure what kind of fur it is but I do think it is mink. My mother had ones like this.
