Dose it come with its key code?

It is a disc. Not sure what a key code is.

When you first install the game it asks for a code to install it should be in the case with the disk when bought new, these I'm assuming are used so the code may not be there and you can't install/play without it

There is a code number on the back of the case. I ran the install without putting a code in.
