its fine I'm good there good a few loses on the way to this point but thank you and my feedback will only get better again, ( I even offered an extra refund to those guys )

It the charging port damaged, most of these models had reports that the charging port would malfunction and the charging wire would need to be bent or wrapped around the phone for it to charge does this phone have that same problem?

Would someone please tell me what gin is . I would also like to say that I have been using Samsung phones sense the galaxy 2 came out and had the S3 the S5 and the galaxynote 4 getting ready to get the note 5 I never had the S4 but my friend did and she never had th wrap nothing around nothing to charge it thats the stupidest thing I've ever heard of . Never had any problems of anykind with Samsung it's better than apple any day remember the android ate the apple sorry didn't mean to write a book but who ever said that earlier really should keep their remarks to them selfs.

@ Elizabeth - GIN or gin is a "get it now" option feature that cost the seller 10% of the gin price (if) someone buys it with GIN. It a set price that the seller will take if bidders don't want to wait all the way till the end. Most times gin is great but on auctions like these it's better to just let it run though since they go for quite a lot the 10% would be.. A lot, to say the least. :) hope that helped a little
