This is a beautiful solid brass miniature Teapot from India.

Miniature brass teapot from India in excellent condition. Item is hand engraved with a leaf design.
Size - height 101/4" / spout is approximately 5 " / depth is approximately 6 3/4" from spout tip back to handle.

It is a dark chocolate color to black and has gold leaf designs throughout.

It is for decoration purposes. I suppose it could be cleaned and used to make a nice cup of tea. It will look nice sitting on your mantle, a book shelf, on a table top or in a curio cabinet.

It caught my eye in an antique store one day and adorned my bookshelf for many years. I just need more room now for my fire truck toys and memorabilia.
