Hi-You package the item-weigh it packaged-you must have at least a zip code,if not a full address-go to the USPS web site and under "Postage price calculator "(zip,weight,and sometimes size for the larger packages)or" create your shipping label"-you enter the info asked for -and this should give you the amount for shipping.I hope this helps-L

You do need a scale and a printer as you can print out the postage label from Pay Pal,which is cheaper than going to the Post Office for shipping-L
