Beautiful detail, excellent condition! Blue rose painted on ceramic. A well crafted piece of good quality workmanship. I am unsure if this is silverwashed (popular during the time) or not. The surface is shiny and to all appearances looks just like sterling silver. However, different methods of mimicking precious metals were coming out during those days, 40s and 50s, and stamping silver was inconsistent.
