This is a NIB Avon sterling silver 925 GENUINE blue topaz and cz ring. A size 6 and very heavy, yet still dainty. I'm not a good photographer, but this really is prettier than shown! Blue Topaz is December's birthstone and is believed to ensure happiness and luck, and is a symbol for success, love and prosperity.

On your account page on the left side there are so icons for verification...such as phone verification :) - I'm just wary of unverified people on here since every time I win an auction they seem to not send the item

I imagine it could, as there isn't any detail on the bottom side of the band. I'm not a jeweler though. I imagine that it would be easier to downsize it, as opposed to upsizing, and prpbably cheaper too.
