No not an Angel Coin, The item in the middle on the obverse is an Eagle. (of sorts)

Fun! It sort of looks like the Syrian Arab Republic eagle coat of arms.. But I don't think that's right.

O.k. time is almost up. So, I guess I will head you in the right direction. I honestly almost thought I had misoffered this c I n when I couldn't find it in my collection. But I found its mate but not under the country I was thinking. This is not a Syrian but it is a Sudanese. I let you take it from there.
